Unscrew the empty cylinder counterclockwise (a small release of gas can be normal).
Remove the protective cap from the new cylinder.
Insert it vertically and screw it in clockwise until hand-tight.

Receive your full cylinders
Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days and shipping is included.
Send back your empties
Place your empty cylinders in the same box, attach the included return label, and drop it off within 14 days.
What if I do not return the empties?
If empty cylinders are missing, the delivered cylinders will be charged as standard purchase cylinders.
